When you use Mocky, we collect information you provide directly: your name and email address from Google OAuth, resume files you upload, job posting URLs you submit, and interview session recordings and transcripts. We also collect usage data such as session timestamps, feature interactions, and error logs.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service: to conduct AI-powered mock interviews tailored to your resume and target role, to generate performance scorecards, to manage your account and credits, and to communicate important updates about the Service.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and AI model providers), and only to the extent required to deliver those services. We may disclose data if required by law.
4. AI and your data
Your resume and job content are processed by AI models to generate interview questions and feedback. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models. Interview transcripts are stored securely and used solely to provide your session insights.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Session data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon account removal.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to sign out after sessions on shared devices.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Your rights

9. Children
