By accessing or using Mocky ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Mocky provides an AI-powered mock interview platform that allows users to practice job interviews using artificial intelligence. The Service includes resume parsing, job description analysis, AI-conducted interviews, and performance feedback.
3. Account registration
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Credits and payments
Mocky operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to start interview sessions, upload resumes, and add job postings. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Service, submitting false or misleading content, using automated tools to access the Service without permission, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Mocky or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your resume and job data remain your property.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mocky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
